Please note the following:

  1. Entry fee is $250 per boat. $200 if you register before May 1, 2014
  2. Up to 4 anglers per boat.
  3. All Shirts will be men’s sizes, so ladies, choose size accordingly.
  4. Please fill in ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION so we can have some semblance of an accurate guest list.
MANDATORY RELEASE FORM, UNSIGNED FORM UNACCEPTABLE – In consideration of acceptance for entry in The Ryan McCleskey Memorial Redfish Challenge, I accept any/all risks in participating and agree to hold harmless any/all event organizers, facility, sponsors, officers, and directors, staff and members of said organizations, their employees/agents, and any other entities/individuals/volunteers who are connected in any way with this event. I understand that acceptance of this risk and hold harmless agreement is binding on myself/my personal representatives and assigns. I agree that I have adequately trained to participate and recognize that risks of injury accompany such participation; acknowledge that this release is being relied upon gy the above persons in permitting me to participate. All entrants registering online will sign this agreement at the Captain’s Meeting.
